What will it look like?
The community is set up with two main parts; we will
1. Look at each of the 8 areas of wellness (Physical, Emotional, Spiritual, Financial, Mental / Intellectual, Social, Occupational, Environmental) through individual exercises, group experiences, and community discussions; each month we’ll be focusing on a different are of wellness through these individual exercises and group calls.
2. Set healthy goals to help us stay focused and motivated. Once each quarter we’ll get together to discuss the goals we’re focusing on mastermind style!
This space is meant to provide ongoing accountability and support to help you reach your wellness goals and foster sustainable self care in your life.
